Direct method and interchange method of CNC lathe machining in Dongguan
1. Direct method
The repair staff shall check all kinds of abnormal phenomena such as light, sound and taste when the obstacles are generated, carefully check all parts of the system, and narrow the scope of the obstacles to a module or a printed circuit board. It is decided to visually inspect the barrier circuit board and carefully check whether there are signs of fuse fusing, component burning and cracking, so as to identify whether there is overcurrent, overvoltage or short circuit. Touch whether the components are loose by hand to check some false soldering and fracture titles.
Application case: in the machining process of CNC lathe equipped with FANUC 0I mate C of FANUC system, the spindle suddenly stopped. Finally, check whether the main power socket is powered off. If it is complete, check the insurance. Open the electrical cabinet, check and find that the fuse tube of the main circuit of the motor is burnt out, and replace it with a new one. Because the power of the spindle motor is small and the cutting amount is large during machining, the motor overload cannot be caused by ordinary labor. Replace it with a new one, remove the rugged obstacles, and the machine tool returns to normal.
2. Exchange method
The exchange method is to use the spare printed circuit board, template, integrated circuit chip or component to replace the doubtful part under the environment of analyzing the main causes of the obstacles, so as to narrow the scope of the obstacles to the printed circuit board or chip level.
Application case: a property CNC milling machine is equipped with China medieval star system hnc-21m system. The obstacle appearance is that the Y axis suddenly does not move and there is no alarm in the processing process. In the future, the Y axis does not move under manual, active and MDI methods, but the X axis and Z axis are normal. First make sure that the machine is free of local obstacles, and then locate the obstacles in the electrical part.
It is analyzed that any one of the CNC device, servo driver and servo motor related to Y-axis control has an obstacle. Since the x-axis servo driver is the same as the y-axis servo driver, the exchange method is adopted to exchange the y-axis servo driver with the x-axis servo driver confirmed to be accessible. It is found that the y-axis obstacle disappears and the x-axis does not move. At this time, it can be concluded that the original Y-axis driver is damaged. Replace the new driver, eliminate the obstacles, and the machine tool returns to normal.
